Guide to Work with Desi Kothi

Thank you for stocking or serving Desi Kothi Ice Cream. This guide explains how we work with our retail, restaurant and ice cream parlour partners so your customers enjoy every scoop at its best.

1. Getting Started

To become a stockist, distributor or partner, get in touch through our contact page. We will talk through the products that suit your business, your freezer space and your ordering needs.

2. Placing Orders

Order through your Desi Kothi representative, by phone or by email. Ordering on a regular schedule helps us plan production and keeps your freezer stocked with your best-selling flavours.

3. Receiving Deliveries

Have someone available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
Check the products and quantities against the delivery docket.
Move products into the freezer straight away.
Report any problem within 24 hours, with photos.

4. Freezer Care

Keep products between –18°C and –20°C at all times.
Check freezer temperatures daily and keep freezers in good working order.
Rotate stock so older products are sold first.
Never refreeze product that has softened or melted.

5. Serving and Display

Display products as recommended and keep display freezers clean and well stocked. For scooping, allow tubs to temper slightly in the display freezer — never at room temperature.

6. Payments

Please pay invoices on time. Our payment terms are set out in the Desi Kothi T&C of Sale.
