These terms apply when Desi Kothi Ice Cream buys ingredients, packaging, equipment or services from a supplier. They form part of every purchase order we issue unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We only accept goods or services ordered on an official Desi Kothi purchase order. Please confirm each order, including quantities, pricing and delivery date, before supplying.
All goods must match the agreed specification, be fit for purpose and, for food ingredients and packaging, comply with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. Our products are made with no egg, no gelatine and no added water, and are halal — ingredients must support these commitments, and any change to an ingredient, its source or its allergen status must be notified to us before supply.
On request, suppliers must provide specifications, certificates of analysis, allergen declarations and halal certification for the goods supplied. Each delivery must include a delivery docket showing our purchase order number.
Goods must be delivered on the agreed date to the agreed address, correctly labelled, undamaged and at the correct temperature for chilled or frozen items. We may reject late, damaged, incorrect or out-of-temperature deliveries.
We may inspect goods on arrival and within a reasonable time after. Goods that do not meet these terms may be returned at the supplier's cost, for replacement or a full credit.
Invoices must show our purchase order number and match the goods delivered. Correct invoices will be paid within the payment terms agreed with the supplier.
